Is this a subscription?

Yes, you are subscribing and paying on a yearly basis. For Individual subscriptions these can be cancelled at any time where Team and Corporate subscriptions normally have a predefined agreement length.

Do you offer discounts?

For larger groups or companies or for individuals who commit for 12 months we do have special pricing available. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer student discounts?

We do not offer student discounts, however if you are a group of 10 students or more, please contact us for special pricing.

How many situations can I create?

You can create an unlimited number of situations as long as you are an active member.

Can I get a refund if I dont use NOIBing®?

The success of NOIBing® and NOIBers®, lies in the discipline each user applies to it. As such, unfortunately we can not issue refunds if you chose not to use it.
